University Honors Program Admissions
The Mandel Honors College offers generous scholarship support.
Admission to Honors involves a holistic review of each applicant. Students in Honors should have taken challenging courses in high school and demonstrate their capacity to maintain a 3.5 GPA in college.
Mandel Honors College admits students to programs for the Fall semester only.
Application Deadlines:
Incoming First-Year:
November 15
January 15
March 15
Current College Sophomores: March 15
Current Tri-C Mandel Continuing Scholars: February 15
To apply to Mandel Honors College, first apply to Cleveland State University and check the box to indicate your interest in applying to Honors.
*Applicants to Mandel Honors College must be pursuing their first bachelor's degree. Students who already hold a bachelor's degree are ineligible for consideration.
